MENTORING & CAREER SUPPORT
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new Alumni Mentoring Program, a 9-month professional development and networking initiative kicking off in March 2026.
The program connects experienced alumni professionals with fellow alumni at different stages of their journey – from recent Penrhos graduates to those looking to take the next step in their careers.
We’ll match you thoughtfully, based on your interests, goals and professional background creating a positive and supportive mentoring relationship.
This initiative of the Alumni Association is supported by the Penrhos College Foundation and offers a unique opportunity for both career growth and personal development.
The Penrhos Alumni Mentoring Program runs for 9 months.
During this time, each pair commits to at least three mentoring meetings between March and November 2026, which can take place over coffee or online — whatever suits your schedules best.
Alongside these one-to-one sessions, program participants are invited to attend the following dedicated on-campus events.
• Program Launch Event – 18 March 2026
• Expert Career Panel – June
• Final Celebration Event – November
As a program participant, you will have access to a range of resources along with support from the College, to help you get the most out of the experience.
Applications close Wednesday, 28 January 2026.
Make a lasting impact in the life of a fellow alumna by offering meaningful career guidance and support.
While the role is voluntary, you’ll strengthen your leadership skills, inspire the next generation and enjoy the fulfilment that comes from giving back.
Draw on the wisdom and generosity of Penrhos alumni mentors, who are experienced professionals ready to share their insights and support your journey.
Accelerate your professional and personal growth through structured one-to-one mentoring sessions.
